As we go though life we experience things that cause blockages in our energy systems. These blockages can stop us from reaching our full potential mentally, physically, spiritually, &/or emotionally.
These sessions are tailored to your specific and personal needs to give you clarity, insight, guidance & direction.
This session typically cleanses, clears and aligns the chakras and aura and other components of the energy systems to your highest health and well being.
Once your energy flows freely throughout your body you will have the ability to experience all you have to offer the world and reach your higher consciousness.
Please refrain from wearing cologne or any other type of chemicals. Natural scents from pure oils are fine but chemicals will alter the energy fields.
This session is a dialog where both you and Tracy will be communicating throughout the hour.
You can expect complete safety, acceptance and confidentiality. If you trust in yourself and the process, it will be very honoring to your entire self, which will allow beautiful growth in self love, worth, acceptance, respect and more!

Tracy will guide and teach you how to connect, hear, see, feel, know, communicate, have very clear boundaries with yourself and your spirits and even draw the line as to how far you want to go with your mediumship.
This is for those of you who have already had any type of experience even if it is just a one time "knowing" that someone was with you from the spirit world.
Phone Readings / Healings
All of the below sessions are offered by phone as well. All you need is a comfortable place to be with no interruptions. Breathe, relax, and let spirit and the energy work do the rest.

Family/Couples Energy Healing
This session is therapuetic for at least two or more people who are struggling with relationship issues and want to learn together, grow together and who are mature enough and willing to look at and take responsibility for their own actions, thoughts and feelings.
Tracy doesn't believe in one person ever being at fault, it takes two or more, always, to create a dynamic. If you believe the problems are all someone else's, this is probably not the place for you.
Although this is not a medium reading and Tracy will not be focusing on connecting you with any spirits in particular, she will be connected to your energies, therefore, both or all parties have to be accepting to recieving spiritual guidance or there will be blocks and Tracy will not be able to help you as a family.
These sessions can get pretty intense and create a lot of emotion as we get down to the nitty gritty of what you want and who you are.
